Responsibilities

  • Video Shooting and On-Camera Appearance
    Create videos based on employer requirements, such as short social media videos, student airport pick-ups, interviews, and everyday life scenes in Germany. Ensure the video quality and content meet the required standards.
  • Short Video Platform Management
    Responsible for the daily operation of short video platforms, including content publishing, fan interaction, and comment replies. Analyze video data, adjust operational strategies, and improve account ranking and content exposure.
  • Content Planning and Script Writing
    Develop content strategies based on platform characteristics and target audiences. Plan creative topics and write high-quality, attention-grabbing scripts for short videos.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends and Platform Developments
    Create viral and topic-driven short video content that aligns with the brand or product. Monitor industry trends and platform changes to ensure the content is timely and impactful.
  • Participation and Planning of Live Streams
    Contribute to live stream planning and script writing. Conduct pre-stream promotions via short video platforms and assist during the live stream to ensure the desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • Passion for creating short videos with excellent creative planning and scriptwriting skills.
  • Familiarity with major short video platforms (e.g., TikTok, Kuaishou, WeChat Channels) and their algorithms. Basic data analysis skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with German culture and society. Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills.

  • No specific degree required. At least one year of experience in short video operations. Successful case studies are preferred.
